Issues before using Timesheet Xpress...
Prior to their use of Timesheet Xpress, Cassidy & Co recorded timesheet for all employees (in excess of 40) by hand on a paper based system. This data was collected on a weekly basis and was then collated by the office manger and recorded on an electronic spreadsheet. There were many problems with this methodology – starting from the legibility of employees handwriting, to late timesheets, questionable accuracy of data as employees may have left recording data on a daily basis to the last minute so ultimately a certain amount of “guess work” had to be introduced.

To overcome the time spent on trying to create reports from the data recorded by employees and possibly lacking an element of accuracy, Cassidy & Co decided to evaluate a number of solutions for timesheet recording to meet their requirements.

After implementing Timesheet Xpress Cassidy & Co found that with the reminders from the software program for completion of time on tasks to be detailed, the accuracy of the timesheets on project work was greatly increased, with the added bonus of having information that could be easily read. For the ongoing administration of the system and the outputs required for reporting, the seamless process of Clicking a button and getting accurate outputs has saved a lot of time.
