Timesheet Xpress' simple and easy to use interface lets your employees start recording their time without requiring lengthy training on how to use complex software - simply select the time slots and then pick the Client, Project and Task from the list you've predefined!

Adding notes for extra detail is easy - just select the cells and type in the extra information. This can be included in reporting later for internal analysis or for supporting material for invoices and bills for Clients.

Allowing for Overtime is also just a click away - select the time cells then select the appropriate rate. You can set time charged outside normal working hours to be automatically classed as Overtime, or disallow access to the feature if it isn't suitable for your company.

Any charges that need to be passed onto the client can also be added as a Project Charge, and included with reporting for billing later on. Timesheet Xpress ensures that you're not undercharging for your time!

We also automatically total the daily and weekly hours worked so your employees know that they're hitting their targets, breaking out non-chargeable and non-work time.

Project Budgeting

Our Project Budgeting features help you track the ongoing progress of your projects - and allow you to analyse and eliminate problems such as time or cost overrun. Each Project can be tracked by Cost, Hours Spent and/or Date with the option to add rolling project budgets for recurring items such as service contracts.

Timesheet Xpress will use your pre-defined spend limits to warn when projects are approaching the end of their budget levels, as well as prohibiting charging time to projects that have exceeded their limits.

Features such as Productivity and Profitability Analysis, and Project Analysis, will help you identify unprofitable employees or projects and allow you to reorganise to maximise your revenue.

Timesheet Xpress offers a host of reporting options to let you get the information you need with the minimum of fuss - over 90 reports are available to help you drill down to the important information for your company.

Our printable reports can be exported to Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel compatible formats, with a number of additional reports being targeted specifically for export to Microsoft Excel for easy deployment to your accountancy or payroll systems.

We also offer a number of interactive reports such as Productivity and Profitability Analysis, Project Analysis, Project Gantt Charts, Leave/Flexitime and Timesheet Overview analysis.

Employee Attendance

Timesheet Xpress takes care of managing punctuality and legal compliance for you - our Overview will let you spot weeks where timesheets have not been submitted, or where lateness has occurred - and how often.

Our rules-based compliance system will also help you report and highlight instances where the Working Time Directive (EU) has been breached or investigate frequencies of sickness or overtime on a per-employee basis.

Leave and Flexitime will let you manage flexitime allowances for each employee (if enabled) and how much personal, unpaid and sick leave is being allocated.

When managing contractors or employees paid hourly, our Salary Reports will also help with your Payroll operations - along with our Overtime and Employee reports.

With Timesheet Xpress, you can empower your employees by letting them monitor their own time expenditure and project work - with interactive summaries breaking down where their time has been spent over a week, month, quarter or custom time period.

Our Leave and Flexitime area also allows viewing of their current flexitime balance (if you wish to use a flexitime system) and the holiday/sick leave they've taken in their current period.

The Activities feature also gives them a useful management tool for todo lists, along with Personal Expenses for submitting and tracking business-related expenditure.
