There are many reporing formats. The Timesheets program allows you to specify multiple billing rates for each employee and project. To bill/invoice a single Client or Project, simply run a billing report and select the relevant Client or Project. Timesheets will accumulate all the time and employees on the project over the dates you choose and apply the billing rates. The final report will detail all this work. It will even add on the taxes you have defined in Tools Options, allowing you to create an invoice.

For the Employee
