We recommend you save all your timesheets (including colleagues) in a single shared folder (to set this up, run the Networking and Sharing Wizard on each users' PC). Timesheet Xpress will then be able to check for the absence of timesheets and produce a quick overview of timesheets and projects. With the client/project overview the display shows which timesheets contain time charged to a selected Client or Project, you can thus pinpoint if and when time is being charged to projects outside that project's 'timescale' or validity period.

For the Employee
