When you submit personal expenses, all of the expenses in that file are submitted. To submit it, just click on the file you wish to submit and click the 'Submit Expenses' button. This will email the expense data along with a PDF copy to the email recipient you specified in Tools Options. The program will move the file into your 'Submitted Expenses' folder, helping you to track it progress.

For the Employee
