As well as allocating time to a Clients or Projects you can allocate charges. These charges can be for 'Quotatation Fees', 'Booking Fees', 'Filing Fees', 'Tooling Cost',... whataver you wish. To allocate a charge, on your timesheet select a time cell (slot) with the appropriate Client or Project entered, now 'right-mouse click' on that cell and and select 'Add Client/Project Charge' and enter the details of the charge. You may also click the 'Manage Client/Project Charges' option on the left of the main screen to enter the charge there. The charges will then be detailed on some of the Project Reports.

For the Employee
