When you first run any Timesheet product, it will detect your Outlook email settings and let you choose which email account you wish use. In Tools Options you can set-up three email accounts, simply input your email address, your time co-ordinator's email address and the SMTP server details (which you can copy from your email program, Outlook, Eudora, etc.). You can also set-up SMTP authentication.

For the Employee
