Hello
When I change user settings such as working time per week and salary, this seems to affect calculation made on old timesheets.
Is it possible to make the changes only affect new timesheets? For example to have a 'change date'.

Hi

What version and build of which product do you have?

Can you be specific, what settings are you changing, and from what value to what new value? Also how are old timesheets affected, can you descibe?

Hi
I use TimesheetXpress 9.5.0 build 0777.
When I today change my own setting for working time from 32 to 47 and then go back through my timesheets, the program calculates my remaining working time as -17
instead of +8 (in the 'balance for week' in the 'timesheet view')
What i´m missing is a setting that makes it possible to say: For employee X the working time from 2/5/2009-6/10/2009 is 32hours/week and from 7/10/2009-today is 47 hours/week
The problem would be solved if the working time etc. was registered in the timesheet-file.
If this is how it already works, I just can´t get it to work.

Hi

the working time is at present a global and applied to all the users data, so when it is changed, it is changed for past, present and future calcs.

I agree, it would be better to save the working time in the timesheet, rather then a single global figure.
