     Location: Belfast, UK | If a Client, Project and/or Task has been marked as Inactive in the Client, Project and Task list, it cannot be entered into a Time Cell. This applies to Timesheet Xpress/Timesheet Xpress Free/T Track/Timesheet Collect.
If you receive a message stating:
"You are attempting to enter a Client, Project or Task that has been marked as Inactive and cannot be allocated. To allocate it, please change its Status to Active in Manage Clients, Projects and Tasks"
This means that 1 or more of the Client, Project and Task items you are trying to enter into a Time Cell has been set as Inactive. Please look up all 3 of the Client, Project and Task items in Administration->Manage Clients, Projects and Tasks, and ensure that all 3 are set to Active.
Then attempt to allocate the Client, Project and Task to a Time Cell again. If they have been correctly set to Active, you will be allowed to allocate them. |
