
Timesheet Xpress, Timesheet Collect and Timesheet Xpress Free users can contact us to receive support on any technical issues you might encounter using the form below.
Please include your timesheet software Product Purchase Number and Purchase Key (found in the Help About menu option) in all correspondence if available. Alternatively, queries can be faxed to (UK) +44 (0)870 225 1791. Please note that telephone support cannot normally be provided.
The reply to your support request will be sent via email so please ensure that you enter a valid Email Address! Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. Support is provided for those customers who have in-date licences (check the validity of your licence in the Help > About Section of the software program).
We do offer additional support services to customers who may require it based on a fee structure for 'one of' technical support, these are charged at 3 levels:
- Low* Level Issues - £75 (plus VAT)
- Medium* Level Issues - £150 (plus VAT)
- High* Level Issues - £300 (plus VAT)
