Please submit your details below to obtain a replacement Purchase Key (PK) for you or one of your users, which will be immediately emailed to the specified email address, providing the Company Name matches*.
The replacement Purchase Key will be sent via email so please ensure you enter a valid Email Address! PPN is "Product Purchase Number", PK is "Product Key", both appear in the Help, About window of the installed program.
*Note: if the Company Name in the Previous PK does not match the Company Name in the New PPN, your replacement Purchase Key will be manually reviewed and emailed; normally within 1 working day but may take up to 3 working days (at weekends). If the Company Name in the user's new installation does not match, you should strongly consider changing the new Company Name back to the correct one.
