Go to Tools > Options on the Main Menu. once selected choose General then click on Web Update.

Updates are automatically enabled as a default setting.

 

 

 

From a Technical Administration perspective if you prefer to manage web updates centrally and not permit individuals to download the updates then select the check box to Disable Web Update
