To access this screen click on the Administration Button from the main menu bar then select Manage Billing Rates.

Employees will be listed horizontally along the top of the matrix with Clients and Project vertically down the Left Side.

This Screen gives you the flexibility to change the chargable hourly rates by employee to clients depending on the project they are involved in.

Default rates will be pulled in from the Manage Employees section, to change the default charges select the employee rate that you wish to change and once you have double clicked on this figure, it will be possible to change this amount and then press the Enter Key to save the changes.

To change an employees detail globally, select the Employees option at the top of the screen.
