Manage Client Project and Task List

Select the 3rd Tab Tasks and add the various tasks that are required to complete your numerous Projects. The view of these tasks can be made relevant by department and project. It is possible to Colour Code the various tasks so it is easy to see at a glance on the main time input screen what time has been allocated to various tasks.

To access this Screen click on the Administration Button from the Main Menu Bar, then select Manage Client Project and Task List.

To add Clients simply click on Add Client, once you have these added in the text box, select the appropriate Client from the List, then Click on Add Project(s)

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Choose if Tasks are Chargeable for Client Billing and also determine if tasks are classed as Non-Work - for example Lunch time.
