
Go to Tools > Options on the main menu and select the 3rd Tab on the screen which appears Links with Accounting Programs.
This link and set up must be completed on the computer which is also running either the Sage or QuickBooks Program.
Select the options where appropriate and click on Save.
Depending on the program you choose to Link, select the appropriate Tab (QuickBooks or Sage)

In this example we are are using Sage. if set up correctly simply clicking on the Run the sage connection Wizard should allow Timesheet Xpress to link with the relevant Sage Package. Occassionally you may have to give Timesheet Xpress Permission to link via Sage.
If the Wizard does not automatically Link the Two packages, then it may be manually completed by following the instructions in the Connections Settings and ODBC Settings options as also shown on this screen.

Once the Link Licences have been purchased and correctly installed it is possible to import data by going to the Main Menu and clicking on File > Import then select the data as appropriate.
