
Once a Timesheet has been completed simply click on the Tools option from the menu and select Email. Providing your email functionaility has been set up, simply select the appropriate function from the submenu.

Selecting Email Your Timesheet will present you with the screen here - ensure that you are sending the timesheet to the appropriate person and that all expenses etc are also included. We recommend that emailed timesheets should be done as a .tsh attachement (circled here) to ensure that managmenet can run reports on completed time.
There is a text box also provided that will allow you to insert a message / comments in the normal format of emails.
