Add a New User

Copy the Purchase Key (PK) that you have been sent to your clipboard.

Go to the Main Menu and select  Help > Enter Licence key ...

Choose the option to Enter Purchase Key and simply insert this detail into the text box.

 

 

Once you have added your new user ensure that all other employee details are updated on the system including hourly / billable rates, holiday leave etc.

Ensure also that the New User is saving data to the central folder (click here for Network Sharing)
