TTrack

TTrack is the mid range timesheet software product, a cut-down version of Timesheet Xpress. It is a Multi User (networked) and  a single user (stand-alone) program.

TTrack offers the same great user interface (as Timesheet Xpress) and logging of time against tasks and projects. Extensive reporting modules allow mangers to see in real-time those aspects of the business that are being productive.

 With TTrack you can:

• Eliminate Paper or Excel based systems with easy navigation and interface input
• Run consolidated reports on all staff for management
• Run invoicing and Billable client reports
• Configure 3 levels of charging – Client, Project and Task which can be shared with a team of co-workers including mobile workers
• Manage Overtime rates for staff and client billing
• Link to Sage Line 50 and QuickBooks

• Use Colours to designate specific clients / tasks this allows you to see at a glance approximate time spent on activities
• Auto-complete task – will fill in your Timesheet while away from your desk at meetings
• Assign non-productive and non-work tasks to be accounted for when running reports
• Assign individual billing rates for staff on various employees
• Insert notes to tasks for clarity and review, when looking back over activity
• Email Timesheet feature for mobile workers
• Stop-watch timer for phone calls and any time intensive activities
• Personal “to-do” reminder list and pop up reminders for Timesheet tasks
• Import / Export information – CSV etc
• Networking and sharing Wizard for easy installation, password protection rights
• Advanced backup and restore features

The following are available in Timesheet Xpress but not in TTrack:-

• Management of Projects v Budget
• Management of Leave / absence
• Individual productivity analysis
• Links to external Microsoft products are not available in TTrack

NB It is not possible to run TTrack and Timesheet Xpress on the same network.
