Only use this option if your Annual Update and Support has expired within the last 31 Days, otherwise you must purchase an Upgrade from a previous version (7, 8, 9, 2009 or 2010) to version 2011!
When you first purchase a timesheet software product you will automatically get free upgrades and telephone support for a year after purchase, to keep getting upgrades and telephone support after that first year you have to have 'Annual Update & Support Protection (AUP).
Annual Update & Support Protection is optional you are under no obligation to purchase it, indeed after the first year you can continue to use the product for as long as you like, with no further payment. Note, support is only via email when you have no valid Upgrade Protection. After the expiry of your 'Annual Update & Support Protection' you have period of two weeks to purchase the next year's, after which time you should purchase an Upgrade Licence. Note, Annual Update & Support Protection on simply adds on 12 months to the current expiry date (which is displayed in the Help About window).
If you purchase your timesheet software Update & Support Protection (for the second year) when you first buy the product you get a 10% discount on the cost of the second year's Annual Update & Support Protection!
