As with any “partnership” there is always an acceptance that success is dependent on cooperation and communication. As a result we take pride in the service we offer you and your customers who have purchased our products.

What we expect from you ...

  1. Regular email communication regarding updates to software for customers (minimum 6 weekly
  2. Marketing* support for your sales effort
  3. Business opportunities (lead generation) in your “area” (subject to your agreement)
  4. Margins for transactions guaranteed (subject to performance)
  5. Prompt transactions in supply (Orders placed will be shipped within 2 working days)
  6. Quality technical support for your subscribed customers
  7. Self – Service login access to our website portal for partners
  8. Dedicated Account Manager
  9. Courtesy with your customers, we will respect your business relationship.

 
  1. Track record of sales activity in a similar area
  2. Understanding of the software advantages and features so that you can communicate those to prospective customers
  3. Commitment to promote and sell Timesheet Xpress according to agreement
  4. Familiarisation of our policies and procedures to ensure seamless support for your customers
  5. Suggestions and recommendations when sought for our continuous improvement strategy
  6. Prompt notification of any issues that may affect the working relationship
  7. Prompt payment of any monies due
  8. Good working knowledge of the software product(s) that you wish to resell and an awareness of all the additional products we sell. To this end you mush have sufficient familiarity with our products to be able to provide your own customers with support and assistance in the event they ask.
  9. Be familiar with our licensing structure and be committed to actively chase renewal of licenses.
  10. Regular ongoing account activity in terms of licenses purchased.
