Upgrade and Support Options

Only use this option if your Annual Upgrade Protection has expired within the last 2 weeks, otherwise you must purchase an Upgrade from a previous version (7, 8, 9 or 2009) to version 2010!

When you first purchase a product you will automatically get free upgrades and telephone support for a year after purchase, to keep getting upgrades and telephone support after that first year you have to have 'Annual Upgrade Protection'.

Annual Upgrade Protection is optional you are under no obligation to purchase it, indeed after the first year you can continue to use the product for as long as you like, with no further payment. Note, support is only via email when you have no valid Upgrade Protection. After the expiry of your 'Annual Upgrade Protection' you have period of two weeks to purchase the next year's, after which time you should purchase an Upgrade Licence. Note, Annual Upgrade Protection simply adds on 12 months to the current expiry date (which is displayed in the Help About window). 

If you purchase Upgrade Protection (for the second year) when you first buy the product you get a 10% discount on the cost of the second year's Annual Upgrade Protection!  To purchase Annual Upgrade Protection for one or more users, please complete the blank fields below. When completed press the submit button.

You will then be transferred to our e-commerce partner Share-It! where you can securely place your order online and select the Upgrade Protection Licence Pack you wish to purchase. We accept payment by most Credit Cards and Switch/Solo.
