 "Before using Timesheet Xpress we used to work on excel based timesheets which were not linked or networked. The biggest difficulty we had was in collating all data together and extracts the reports we require. Since implementing Timesheet Xpress we now have up to date information on time spent on our clients and distinguishing between time that can be charged separately and that which is included in a retainer. We can thus monitor our fees ensuring that our retainer fees are adequately covering time spent thereon. It is also helping us to budget for time to be spent on audits and other recurring projects by analysing time spent during the previous year.

We cannot exactly determine cost savings as our firm has steadily increased its workforce over the past years. However I can estimate that at least 3 hrs per month per employee is saved.
