Annual Upgrade Protection
When you first purchase a product you will automatically get free upgrades and telephone support for a year after
purchase, to keep getting upgrades and telephone support after that first year you have to have 'Annual Upgrade Protection'.
Annual Upgrade Protection is optional you are under no obligation to purchase it, indeed after the first year you
can continue to use the product for as long as you like, with no further payment. Note, support is only via email when you have no valid
Upgrade Protection.
After expiry of Upgrade Protection' you have a 'grace' period of one month to purchase the next
year's, after which time you would have to purchase an Upgrade Licence.
If you purchase Upgrade Protection (for the second year) when you first buy the product you get a
10% discount on the cost of the second year's

You will then be transferred to our e-commerce partner Share-It! where you can securely
place your order online and select the Upgrade Protection Licence Pack you wish
to purchase. We accept payment by most Credit Cards and Switch/Solo.
