Prices for Single and Multiple User Licences
All the prices below are a one-off prices (the product is licensed to you for ever) and
include free product upgrades for the first year, to continue getting free upgrades after the first
year, you must purchase 'Upgrade Protection'. You are not obliged to take out Upgrade Protection;
after the first year you may continue to use the product for as long as you wish (without any further
payments).

Prices for Timesheet Collect
Timesheet Collect is designed to allow multiple employees to input their time via one PC. You can have one installation of the program and multiple users can input their time via this one installation.
If you are the only user (and just input time for yourself) then you should purchase Timesheet Xpress!
We sell Timesheet Collect in 3 packages, a '3 employee system' (allowing you to input timesheets for up to 3 employees),
a '5 employee system' (allowing you to input timesheets for up to 5 employees) and a '10 employee system'(allowing you to input timesheets for up to 10 employees).

Purchasing Multiple Licences
Timesheet Xpress and T Track is designed to be installed on each user's PC; each user has their own licensed copy,
whereas Timesheet Collect is designed to be installed on one PC only and multiple users share that one
installation of Timesheet Collect.
To Use Timesheet Collect in a Hot-Desk Environment.
You can have multiple installations of Timesheet Collect, to suit a hot-desk environment, in this case each
installation is priced the same as Timesheet Xpress, so if you want 20 installations of Timesheet Collect, please purchase a Timeaheet Xpress 20 Pack!
To Purchase a Multiple User Licence for Timesheet Xpress or T Track
a) Download and install the program on all the users' PCs.
b) Gather together all the unique PPNs (Product Purchase Numbers) from each user's Help, About window in the program; these numbers can be copied and pasted like normal text.
c)
Download this spreadsheet and insert all the users' names and their PPNs.
d) Email the spreadsheet to us at 
e) To pay, simply select the Purchase Licences option, input just one PPN to be transferred to our payment site and then select the relevant Product for the quantity of licences you need.
f) We will then return the spreadsheet with the Purchase Keys. Thanks.
